Wines
I love wine! I love the customs, traditions and taste of wine! I love the different wine regions, the varietals, the vintages and the art behind wine making. I love the enjoyment of pairing wine with food and just trying new wines and exploring the different flavor profiles each of them display. Here are some of my favorites. I have included my description of the wine and my first impression. My goal is to make wine approachable and enjoyable, as this is the drink to be enjoyed, shared and cherished. To me wine is not about pretension, price point or points, it is about the experience of raising a glass with people you enjoy, good conversation and lot of laughs. Cheers!
